- Opportunity to work on near latest technologies, particularly big data. - Good work culture with flexible work timings and freedom to explore. - Management is open to employee feedback and suggestions. The feasible ones are worked upon.
Cons
-At times Inadequate analysis by upper management over choice of technologies and projects hurts company and employees.

Young team with lesser politics (invisible politics as long as you are a 'Yes Man' ;) ) Overall good in technology.
Cons
Sometimes technical idiocy may prevail and improvement attempts could attract negative feedback and typical politics. Projects limited to reporting Production support beyond office timings and on holidays (for developers) No flexible work timings No exit process /exit interview (may be the management is not concerned about shortcomings or improvement)
