Pros
Initial salary was good for my age, but no big increases beyond that for different positions. Good management and good people.
Cons
People that moved to support a customer lost their positions due to contract mismanagement and were left unemployed for a while. Also, lack of opportunities. When I returned from a break, there was a lack of movement to positions in my area, so I had to find different employment, though I was told my job would be intact when I returned. Benefits were okay.
