Talent & drive – The company has some seriously good people. You meet talented engineers, smart product minds, and people who genuinely care about shipping things fast. There’s energy and hunger — the kind of startup mentality that pushes you to grow.

Cons

Firefighting culture – Too often, urgency replaces planning. Teams jump from one priority to another instead of following a stable roadmap. It sharpens your crisis-handling skills — but it’s not sustainable forever.

Fast paced company with big global ambitions. You work with incredibly smart and driven people, and leadership is hands on and deeply involved, especially in product. You’re trusted with real ownership from day one, and transparency is part of the culture you always know where you stand.

Cons

The pace is intense and the workload heavy. Expectations are high, things move fast, and there’s little room for error. It’s no longer remote, and the in-office culture is strong. If you’re looking for stability or work-life balance, this might not be the right fit.
