Assured Fire and Security has an employee rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars, based on 26 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Company is run on chaos, so most days I just sat back and relaxed.
A bit like watching Rome burn.
Cons
Management like to play mind games with staff, the usual call on a Friday saying 'you need to come to the office on Monday' and then giving no reason why.
One good thing though, one of the worst managers I have ever encountered has recently been 'let go.'
Staff turnover is massive.
If you have any sense don't work here. Obviously the below reviews have been completely made up but higher staff because this isn't the representation that Assured is. They aren't friendly they aren't a big family at all. They don't know friendly even if it hit them in the face.
Cons
Everything. Ive never felt so low and had my confidence swiped from me like this place did. I felt useless and completely foolish. And that's only thanks to them.
Really can’t think of any pros apart from they pay on time
Cons
They claim to be a fun/family/friendly company when they simply are not. The staff turnover is incredible just look at the vacancies board, they get people in just to fill numbers, don’t provide support and then these people leave which means time and time again recruiting the same cycle over and over again
