      Pros

      Leadership is understanding and empathetic to staff. Generous with benefits and bonuses. I've never worked somewhere that is so supportive of employees' work/life balance, and team building/recognition.

      Cons

      Commute but fortunately they have a hybrid work schedule so it is manageable.
