Pros

Super great work environment and incredible perks/ benefits. The other girls who worked there was great and the manager was the best i have ever had (she has now left to join the management team).

Cons

Can get incredibly busy and you will have to work some weekends, but that is like any retail job.

Pros

The team was great and they were constantly checking in to assess whether more staff were needed during the busy period. It has GREAT perks (discounts, staff wardrobe)

Cons

Can be a very busy store.

Pros

The business/brand vision is well-intentioned and, at its core, has good values. Flexible with shifts, no focus on individual KPI’s. Smaller more authentic retail environment compared to bigger retail chains.

Cons

Really poor management, we worked without a store manager for months with little support from head office management. This was extremely stressful for me, being the second in charge. There was SO much pressure to get everything done each week. Any acknowledgment came across as disingenuous as no one helped us through that really stressful time. It got so physically and mentally straining on me to the point I had to resign. I was doing what the store manager had to do on top of my own responsibilities and didn’t get a cent more for it.
