I saw over 12 people come and go in the time that I was there. Incredible considering at one time there would only be 5-8 people. Far more than any business i have worked (12 months) Owner underpaid me Commission on a mistake that he made in an email agreeing new terms of work with a client. Owner can't accept responsibility for any of his own mistakes and wrong doings. Has a serious complex and Ego inflation.

I saw 5 resignations in 3 months (because of leadership team) - zero client base - leaders incapable of building a successful business or motivating staff - this isn’t a place that will elevate your career or earnings - I was warned by several ex employees not to join as well as R2R’s
