Some cons from my experience and conversation with other employees Micromanagement Hire first then make them resign policy is very common Manager reviews are biased and partial No employee perks Weekend work is common Late night calls are common Company had very high attrition rate during my time there and people say it is because of policies of management and there fights with them. Interference in others work is very common but people get comparative good package after leaving because of low pay here for good developers.
