Good benefits package. Hybrid working schedule as of this review. Support from higher ups.
Cons
constantly feel short staffed for the amount of contracts handled. Give in too easily to clients unrealistic expecttions which frequently causes issues down the road. Montana Opticom.

Pros
Diversity of work. You won't get bored doing the same thing over and over again. Great for building a broad skillset. Everyone from ground up to top of management is friendly and receptive to reasonable suggestions for improvement.
Cons
Diversity of work. Scope is limitless and no boundaries to what you may be asked to support / learn. This leads to one finding themselves as a Jack-of-all-trades, master of none in most roles. Unmanaged client expectations lead to awkward situations with clients, which often adds to already generally high stress levels
