Honestly at this point I do not have any. This company is exactly what I was looking for and the perfect place for me. The leadership has been great and overall, the culture of the company feels like they are going in the right direction.

-poor organization and resources -poor management -NO BONUSES -the pay is AWFUL. It is very hard to live off of and Ascensus does not care to do anything bout it

- your direct colleagues are good to work with - tons of knowledge gained about tax law - not micromanaged
Cons
- poor pay and recognition for work put in - trying to talk to upper management is like talking to a wall - no drive to make programs better, just band aid after band aid
