1. I joined this organization to learn new things and told these people the same in the interview, but these people asked me to leave after 1 month by saying that they don't have patience and time to answer my questions. 2.The company is managed by 3 partners who sits next to you and closely observes/controls your work 3. One of the female partner was really sweet and understood that I am struggling with lot of things and used to answer my questions calmly, however, the other person always used to answer me rudely for every question I had. 4. They demotivated me like anything and treated me like an idiot because they know it well that how can they run their own business 5. I was never told in the interview that I have to work on weekends as well. I worked for 35 days without any holiday. 6. After 35 days, when I took leave because of my health issues, they asked me to leave on the very next day by telling me that I am not giving 100% and looks like I am distracted. 7. I have an experience of 7 years and had 3 offer letters in hand when I joined this company and now I am searching the job again after 35 days. Being a TL in the last company, I never judged anyone before 3 month and used to explain everything new that used to fall in the new hires plate and answer all their questions patiently. But these people will leave you on your own and tells that learn from the emails you get from the client. God knows that whether I gave my 100% or not, I was not dissatisfied with the work but the negativity around. 7. If you already worked in a big organization then please think twice before joining it
