Pros
- small and easy to keep an overview who is doing what and who is responsible for which task - because of the size, easy to see the own impact in the company - nice team, very welcoming and easy to feel part of it - colleagues are open for all kind of questions and explanations, suggestions, especially if you're a newbie in the company
Cons
- founders making decisions without considering experts knowledge - creating a strategy, but not following that or not trusting enough, and therefore changing strategy within weeks again - not understanding what these strategy changes means towards the company/teams - announcing a strategy change, were it was totally obvious that people had to leave, but not acknowledging this and let the team wait for 2 weeks till the founders figured out to layoff the half marketing team (which were brand new hired)
