      They check your patience.

      Pros

      Nothing. You will be randomly thrown to any technology, any project so it's like you will get to learn new stuff.

      Cons

      No management at all. On a fine morning/afternoon you will be told that today is a release of your project and you will need to stay back to make that happen. You will have to work on any technology/framework they ask you to work on. No personal hygiene. It would be better if I don't comment on washrooms. They will treat you like there slaves.

      Nothing like pros inside the company.

      Cons

      No learning opportunity. Frequent switching between the technology.Company has no technological roadmap.As a developer the learning opportunity is zero.Same types of projects .Management is only busy thinking how to get new project only ,no vision of growth of company.

      Worst Management - No future for experienced person

      - You might get chance to work on lots of technologies but without training. - Cultural events. - Parties

      Cons

      - No corporate life that you can expect - No work culture - No proper working environment - Worst management, there is no process to manage projects - Not proper co-ordination in management, everyone is blaming each other - No space for working people are sitting in very compact - Not corporate but cheap politics dominated company by some senior freaks they never care for your hard work. If you have experience then please don't join this company, even it's not good for fresher as well.
