Pros
1. Since, company is working on recommendation of products of all category by using AI and ML algorithm. So, we have a very good learning in e- commerce market. 2. Very balanced work culture. 3. You can learn SQL, Hadoop system, Spark scala, Python, Jupyter notebook, Kafka, ML & AI based algos etc. 4. Good salary sturcture with Stocks and incentives. 5. Weekly team meeting, so that you always feel like a family member in this company. You have the opportunity to meet the people who are from different field like Marketing, engineering, Ops, HR. It helps to enhance the knowledge in each field.
Cons
1. Due to covid, now everything is work from home. I think in office work we have more exposure or learning as compare to WFM.
