Pros
Vacation and WFH policies Overall really liked my peers Interesting projects to work on and learned a lot. A good commitment to using open source tools.
Cons
Nearly as many executive staff as lower-level staff, which felt like a waste of money, and they often tried to bypass established project management processes. Way too many meetings and bureaucratic overhead for a company of its size. Despite having so many expensive upper management employees, there was a serious lack of mentorship and effective people management. Most of the time felt like i was just floating around with nobody caring much about my performance or career growth.
