      Not many, but chance to work on a product with existing customers & a concrete use-case.

      Cons

      Gross mismanagement. Lack of vision, sticking to & executing roadmaps, haphazardly changing goals & direction on a weekly basis. Authoritarian leadership style, and inept leadership to boot. Authoritarian leadership can work if leader/s are qualified, informed and knowledgeable. Chaotic work dynamics.

      I had a window seat. I could use the bathroom.

      Cons

      The worst family owned and run company. Horrible people who don't care about their employees. They hire people from third world countries and then fire them all when they are no longer need. Exploit cheap labour. Racist, sexist and discriminate against mental health issues.
