None - so happy to be away from this mentally draining company

Cons

Abusive, Threatening and Unappreciative Management. Amazing talent in the office which is beat down and made to feel worthless. Intimidating atmosphere. Constantly having job threatened, and told to appreciate having the opportunity Zero investment in staff or talent, you are simply a dollar figure on each desk. An incestuous management system where all are family or friends - huge conflict of interest & will be zero career progression.

Plenty of talented people there who bust their guts to grow ArchiPro - sometimes to the detriment of themselves. Innovative platform. Fast growth. Cool offices in Parnell. Increasing number of 'team bonding' events.

Cons

As usual, management have no idea how to manage people - best to let someone else step in that's not direct family or friends. No idea that people are their best asset - they lost plenty of good people while I was there. Trying to build culture, kudos to them, but very fake. The bottom dollar is the ethos of the company and 'glamour' is the name of the game. Micromanagement - weekly reporting is normal. Huge blame culture instead of constructively trying to tackle problems. Finger pointing is not OK!

Management, not so much. Backwards ways of thinking, especially for a company thats supposed to be new age digital. Do not care for employees or clients. Just hitting budget.
