      Great group of people on my team, good team culture. Good work life balance and salary. Engaged and accessible leadership across the organization.

      A lot of disorganization is labeled as efficiency Low chance of career growth, can always get more work but not improved title

      Pros

      Appspace has offered a great work-life balance, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and an environment that’s supportive without creating constant performance pressure.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges I’ve experienced at Appspace have been leadership inconsistency due to organizational changes and turnover at the upper-management level. At times, decision-making authority felt limited, which slows progress. There also needs to be more structured coaching and mentorship opportunities from senior high performers to help support continued growth and development.
