Competitive salary, Good initial increment, The company works with cutting-edge technologies and builds sophisticated tools. Good opportunity for junior engineers to learn through continuously solving challenging tasks.
Cons
No well-defined structure in the company. The CEO plays the role of a team lead who micromanages the company and almost everyone directly reports to him only. The office doesn't provide any food. It's very inconvenient to get leaves as the
CEO himself deals it himself and isn't particularly happy when an employee even asks for their entitled paid leaves.
- You can get into the company at very short time. (two to three weeks)
- Flexible work-culture. ( It can be good if you have the target to move early elsewhere )
Cons
- The CEO is very much unprofessional.
- The CEO is a Senior Developer(Fronted&Backend)/Team Lead/HR/CEO/Sales Person/ UI&UX Designer all at once. Maybe it is good for him but very bad for employees.
- The learning scope is very narrow and you will work with niche things.
- By the time you realize you have to move out for your career growth it will be too late. No companies will take you in because what you have learnt has very less market value and you will be in depression.
- No teamwork or leadership qualities to grow. Because often you will be the only member of your team.
- No employee feedback is taken throughout the employment even when the employee resigns. Basically your feedback and thought is not needed. You are just another puppet.
- Food quality is very bad. Food is often given late also many time there is rotten food (replaced after the lunch is provided at 3 or 4 PM). The coffee has insects in it and the water bottle used for coffee is very dirty.
- No office recreation facilities.
- Yearly leaves are less compared to good companies.
- Basically the CEO does not need people for longer time that's why there is no employee valuation and facilities.
- All of the engineers in this company are the top competitive programmers of the country but after you are an employee of the company your confidence and value will be destroyed.
