Pros

The only pro I had working here were the people within my immediate team. I made friends for life.

Cons

I feel compelled to share my experience working for this company. The "supervisors" lack any meaningful management experience. If you work here your supervisor will consistently disregarded the input and expertise of your team, despite the team collectively possessing years of experience in the field. Applied ABC exhibited a pattern of dismissing employees who sought more responsibilities, fair compensation, or simply expressed valid concerns and opinions. Multiple colleagues were terminated or laid off simply for advocating for themselves or offering constructive feedback. The supervisors routinely resorted to dishonesty to cover up their own managerial shortcomings, often scapegoating their team for any mishaps. Given the alarming turnover rate within the department and company as a whole, along with the evident lack of effective leadership, I anticipate numerous job opportunities opening up in the near future. However, I urge potential candidates to reconsider applying to this company. No one deserves to work under supervisors who value their own paychecks over the well-being and contributions of their team.

Pros

The only pro here is the snacks and drinks that they provide.

Cons

This company is terrible at handling situations that involves coworkers and management disrespecting other employees. When asked a simple question about the job amongst the department, management responds in a very disrespectful manner. They are condescending and insult your intelligence because they stated you lack of reading, learning, and comprehension skills . When talked to someone of higher command, you are constantly told that they have never dealt with a situation like this before and that no one should use the word disrespect and insulted because that's not a word the company uses. After this, they proceeded to change the words used to describe the situation because no one was "violated" at work. They labeled this situation as "a clash of personalities" . They also state that its needed to develop strong friendships with the coworkers that insult people. No one should be forced to make friends at work, they are simply work associates/colleagues. They also question your character asking if you are a strong individual and able to take things on the chin. Management asks this question to see if you could handle their aggressiveness at work(this is literally what they said). You are constantly told to hurry up and use the restroom because you can't be gone longer than 5 minutes fom the laptop. The training was terrible and unprofessional. During the training session with mansgement, she barely paid attention to the questions asked to her. You have to repeat questions multiple times. She will tell you that she was too busy with her work. You are labeled as defensive and personalizing these issues just because you spoke up about it. Not once was profanity or raised voices used. If you conduct yourself in a professional manner regarding conflict, they still label you as this person. They sent out a message telling the employees to refrain from contact if you try to reach out to them. This company treats employees in a disgusting manner. You would never think they would treat employees this way because they always preach about helping and supporting each other. And most importantly, there are new employees being treated this way. If you are a person that does not tolerate someone disrespecting/insulting your intelligence, monitoring how long you are in the restroom, questioning how strong you are as an individual(mentally), and forcing you to be friends with people who have treated you wrong this is not a company you should work for.
