Pros

Some people are nice, but even good chefs has so many demands from the management and it end up being annoying to everyone. They try to look like they're nice and it's a cool place to work, but it's not exactly how it is.

Cons

Extremely competitive enviroment, they push you and make you feel it's never enough. Zero tolerance for your mistakes, but they don't give the suport needed. They make you feel you're completely disposible.
