Pros
Awesome people, great leadership, sweet location, hot market, well funded, what's not to love?! Some of the most amazing people I've ever worked with. It's a vibrant, youthful, fun and supportive work environment. Talent is rewarded and growth and leadership is encouraged.
Cons
Downside? Hard to really come up with anything significant. I've worked for companies large and small and Apperian has been one of the best experiences in my career.

Pros
Working in the Boston "Innovation District" and being a part of the tech scene. Day-to-day work is fast-paced and ambitious, challenging and opportunity to try new things. Good for career development on a small team in a growing company. High expectations of employees, but flexible working arrangements. Unlimited vacation (within reason), comprehensive health coverage.
Cons
Lack of diversity; reflects wider tech demographics, so women and minorities are underrepresented. Salaries are average for market, but somewhat expected when also compensated with equity.
