The leadership team has done a great job of recruiting talented, hard-working team members, and that reflects in the high quality of the product and customer experience. I consistently feel that my feedback is valued, and there's a high level of trust and transparency across the team.
I've never supported a platform that provides so much value to so many customers at this stage - it's exciting to be part of, and the group is in a great position to keep scaling rapidly.
Cons
None, besides typical fast-paced startup issues. I've genuinely appreciated every day with this group so far, even the stressful ones.
-The company is seeing a lot of growth. Makes for a dynamic work environment
-Flexible work hours enables everyone to make work "work" for them
-"No jerks" policy has created a healthy culture. Strong employee retention.
-Company has clear vision of where it's going. People are motivated.
-Diverse team with individuals from all around the world
-AppSheet's platform helps solve customer's problems - often at a fraction of what a customer might've been paying in the past or would pay with a customer. 50% discount for nonprofits/edu's also means that your work is supporting leading organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, major universities and more.
Cons
The office is in South Lake Union, so traffic getting in/off the highway can be bad if you're traveling at the wrong times. Work flexibility allows most people to adapt in a way that would make sense.
