Dear former colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We take our (weekly) internal employee feedback and reviews here on kununu very seriously and keep track of any remarks. We would like to take the opportunity to address a few of your points here: - You mentioned a dissatisfaction with your salary in our company. On quarterly basis, we analyze the benchmark in terms of salary of our industry and adapt salary ranges to make sure we have a fair and rather above market salary package. - At the same time we value direct and transparent feedback and communication to talk about the employee’s development. - We believe in a trust-based system with flexible working hours. Sometimes it can happen that projects are taking up more time than usual, usually because people themselves get excited about their work. We believe in a healthy work-life-balance, thats why we give compensation time in these cases.
