Friendly and approachable team. Open and supportive culture. Complex care packages supporting both children and adults with a variety of conditions. Excellent clinical lead who is supportive and accessible for support. Supportive revalidation process. Opportunity to access specialised training. Opportunities to upskill and train junior staff.

Cons

None. It is a busy role but what nursing role isn’t?!

Cons

The recruitment is appalling. First they say you've got the job, then you hear nothing for months.. Phone them up. They send you to unsuitable homes to work, even though you not experienced... Then turn round and say they don't want you any more.... Your on a training course then they take you off it..... No expenses paid either.... A rubbish company
