      Company is trending in the wrong direction from a culture standpoint. Frequent reorganizations occur without much rational. Priorities change haphazardly and failure to meet deadlines are blamed on ICs. Post-merge, the only women on the executive team was demoted, while a toxic VP with little departmental experience was promoted to CPO. Cust Ops is expected to "manage expectations" from frustrated clients without being provided with much intel on how client requests will be addressed. New products are constantly being developed while existing products are not fixed or fail to sell. The SLT appears to be making it up as they go. Pre-merger, recent employee departures were announced, now they are not which gives the appearance of an attempt to cover up layoffs/attrition.

      Pros

      A few good people in the midst of some questionable leadership. Head of Sales when I was there was a squared away guy.

      Cons

      Sad little start up throwing titles around that don't mean a thing. Leaders CFO-is out of his league even at that sorry little place and CEO is MD who I can only think god dose not practice medicine, if he provided patient care they way he provide leadership their would have been a lot of sick people. Managed Care and Hospital corporations move on

      Good Sales team and executive sales leader. Technology should work in theory.

      Cons

      Amateur Start Up with un-professional executives. Lack of professionalism causes break down in operations and failures for customer CEO lacks leadership, ethics and integrity, Thinks as if he is a power player with a world class organization instead of a revenue strapped start-up, Manages through Paranoia. Organization thinks of themselves as a data science company and it's not even close. To small and unable to follow through on Customers needs. If your being recruited by this company...beware.. hold out for something better. IF your a customer look for a more established client base
