      Good people, interesting product, great customers

      Cons

      Poor leadership with no idea on how to get to where they want to go. Overwork people without true recognition or compensation. Leadership saying they are working on solving problems but things rarely change.

      Good products, good customers, adequate salary range and compensation, give you the flexibility you want to complete the tasks

      Cons

      The working environment is becoming less healthy compared to the time I joined. Managers appear to not be able to handle or ignore some sabotages let them runaway.

      * Supportive, smart, and humble teammates, and fast-growing team! * Company is small enough to make an impact and is becoming big enough to have a more formal structure on work. * Customers love the product and constantly applaud the customer-facing team for their great work! * Strong engineering team heavily invested in solving customer pain points, making it exciting to build product in such complex space. * Leadership is not afraid to tackle hard problems head-on and the company has ambitious product growth opportunities in every direction!

      Cons

      * Growing pains, this is not necessarily a con, and very typical for a growing company. Building out processes and growing with the numbers takes a bit of time to catch up, but the company is definitely iterating and adapting to become more mature in all areas! The US team has grown significantly in the last year and I’m excited to track their continued success!
