No pros. This is just a consultancy company and not an actual IT company. Their office is of a single room size.

Cons

1. No HR support. HR will only contact you during the offer and they will ignore you when you'll plan to resign. 2. No Manager support. You won't even know your manager. I doubt if they have any Manager here.
