      Cons

      Because it is such an incredible place to learn, the learning curve can feel steep. It is a fast-paced environment which means you have to be proactive about your own time management. If you prefer a slow, predictable routine, the rapid evolution here might feel overwhelming.

      Its a great place to learn and grow from day 1 of your job. Each day here is new and different, it could be new challenges, new tasks, new deals. Its challenging at times but also equally rewarding. A good team and a good leader that supports you and takes you along.
