First a lesson to HR: People who read reviews, read negative ones as well, so your paid fake reviews is money wasted because an honest like this will always be read. The problem at Anchanto begins at the top. There is no leadership skills in the leaders who are trying to run this company like a monarchy, with no respect of personal space, health, work life balance or mental sanity. The leadership "skills" are simple. Exploit people to work more. The work is planned for more than 10 hours a day and you get calls even on weekends, holidays, sick days or your vacations. And you are expected to join, because we are slaves to the great leaders of this company. The leaders are good at playing petty games of politics which hurt employees even more. They believe everyone is a machine which needs to stay online and be working for 10 hours at stretch. For this honest review, they will buy 5 more good ones, but if you are reading this, AVOID

1. most unstable product. 2.Worst technical team. 3. Huge conflict between Coo, Ceo, and CTO they not even communicate to each other before doing anything. 4. Only showing confidence to their old employee.
