      Not a good place to work

      Pros

      Retention Bonus, Team outings, beer fridays, competitive remuneration and you can tell your friends you are working for a company awarded with so called 'Best place to work' award.

      Cons

      Management is old school. Lots of talking behind people's backs. Most importantly they will fire you without any reason just because they want to, without any prior notification. (probably because poor management and ran into budget/planning issues) Join at your own risk. NOT RECOMMENDED

      Free lunch on days you are coming in, Some compensation to older emplyees as retention bonus, Outings when the parent company employees comes to visit, Beer Fridays, A good stack to expose to get the knowledge to improve yourself

      Cons

      Highly dependant on the parent company, Parent company employees are very job insecured, They are going to place those insecurities on us in most of the case, Toxic and stressful work culture
