      Pros

      - Great briefs - Some very talented peers to learn from

      Cons

      - Progressing is virtually impossible if you aren't friends with all the 'in' crowd. - They seem to believe they are at the forefront of progressivism and inclusivity, which is all the more cringe when you notice the blatant tokenism. - Incredibly nepotistic. Many members of the management team provide no value and are clearly present due to their connections within the company.

      Pros

      None, terrible place to work. If you like being in a toxic environment then maybe this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The management team doesn’t bring any value to the company and have clearly made it there through their links and friendships. There were a couple of cases of bullying during my time there. It’s also the type of environment where they expect you to stay late everyday. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

      Pay above average. People leave at 6pm.

      Cons

      Bad briefs. Company is satisfied with the toilet work for big name clients. Zero creative leadership on a day to day level from the top. Didn't feel there was any education or support for growth. Pastoral care and HR was non existent. Multiple cases of bullying as a result.
