      Pros

      Benefits and pay are fine. Employees are targets of management. Management operate from levels of fear, paranoia, and keeping all in the dark or dismissive of any level of honesty, integrity, or improvement. Wasting good employees who lose motivation and hope.

      Cons

      Management lacks leadership, vision., and any philosophy to move forward and grow the company. No incentive, creativity, teamwork.....Debilitating atmosphere where inappropriate behavior is rewarded and protected. Continual restructuring...changes of goals..Hard to know how to get somewhere if you don't know where you are.....

      Toxic Working Environement/Toxic Management

      Pros

      Competitive compensation, health benefits and 401k.

      Cons

      Every day was like a barroom brawl. Politics were the worst I've ever witnessed. Some people openly hated others. They have cleaned house by laying off primarily those who had highest salaries...this includes senior engineers and managers. A couple of managers were certifiable i.e. psychotic and sadly they did everything they could to keep their jobs by backstabbing others. Even during good times 2004-2013, it was par for the course to fire people. Mind you, not lay-off but FIRE. If one of the managers didn't like you for whatever reason, you were history. Most toxic company I have worked at in the 30+ years I've worked as an engineer.

      Run for the hills

      Pros

      Interesting work and decent coworkers. Although schedules are talked about a lot I rarely see deadlines met and no one seems to be bothered.

      Cons

      The place is run by aging executives who care for the company zero. They will get their golden parachutes as the company is run into the ground. The company has extremely poor management and looks for ways to not promote people or give anyone raises, unless you are a yes-man and even then you really have to brown nose and play politics. Technical achievements count for zero. This place has hit rock bottom and started digging. Run for the hills. You're not running fast enough!
