      - depending on team you work, experience might be good to worse

      Cons

      - no career progression or frequent reviews - making an excuse of pandemic company took forever for salary reviews - lots of micromanagement on the team i worked

Amelco have multiple customers that all have different Product backlogs of development, we will develop and deliver based on our customers’ demands, quite often this process is out of our hands. There are lots of exciting new Products & Features being developed across the business.
