Pros
Ambush is easily one of the best places I’ve worked as a UI/UX designer. The clients we get to work with are pretty big, well known companies doing really interesting things. It’s wild to me that I get to be part of some of the projects impacting millions of people. Just recently, I worked on a huge product launch for a company that's well known, and the fact that opportunities like that happen regularly here is pretty amazing.
Cons
It’s definitely a fast-paced environment. Things move quickly, and you have to be comfortable jumping into complex projects with high expectations. It can be challenging at times, but if you’re someone who likes working on big, meaningful projects and learning a ton along the way, Ambush is a great place to be.

Pros
- At Ambush, you get to work with very important international clients and interact with very mature software. The business/technical challenge is always very exciting. - At Ambush, you are surrounded by very talented people in technology, with a lot of diversity of ideas and personality, which is essential for a good culture. - You feel very close to management, and communication is very direct. - It is financially competitive, especially for those living outside the USA. - Extra time off based on the Brazilian calendar.
Cons
- Like in any consultancy, you may not always get to choose what you work on. However, the company does offer medium/long-term solutions if you want to change projects. - There isn't a very clear career path, as in more structured companies. For many people, this can be bothersome, but not for me.
