Organisation managed like a large corporation narrowing yourself for limited impact outside of your role. Sales team strongly running with quantity KPI over quality. Team built to be against each other. If you take more responsibilities to help others, this accounts for zero value. Very hard for new joiners, senior employees allowed to step on you. You’re then asked to work even more, expect limited work life balance. Feeling of a vertical organization. Specific employees are very protected, political game you should be aware of.

Toxic work environment Avoid if you want work/life balance, expect to work all hours and weekends (you're at leadership's whim). C-level and senior leadership joke about putting people on PIPs. Several times I heard senior leadership make blatantly ageist comments about coworkers behind their backs. "Unlimited" PTO is capped at 3 weeks (if you're lucky). Often people work when they're on PTO - it was the expectation when I was here. Overall negative outlook. The C-Level execs are aggressively negative and take it out on their staff of only ~60 people. Layoffs happened and most likely will happen again.
