      Pros

      You’ll meet some of the best people here - talented, intelligent, driven, positive. Work is extremely fulfilling and everyday is a new challenge.

      Cons

      Co-founders do not know how to run this company and have had 0 work experience prior. HR is non-existent, CEO makes horrible business decisions for the sake of vanity like hiring a new employee ahead of layoffs (and ultimately laying them off). The company ran out of money and kept lying to try to get people to stay.

      Pros

      Great mission and innovation, pipeline of partners and customers. Rank and file employees were great, very intelligent and driven. CEO is great at selling the company's vision and marketing the company.

      Cons

      Aside from marketing the company and doing fluff interviews, founders cannot execute on substantive core projects to advance the company like building the infrastructure to scale production, The founders' lack of leadership would be tolerable if they could execute on other fronts.
