Cons
Small company, with everyone having to manage heavy workloads. Boss loves to call people for meeting right when employees are ready to leave - 6 pm. expect to OT everyday at least an hour. Also expect to be highly micro-managed, as boss likes to hear daily report of what you've done. For designer wise, don't expect to learn much especially when it comes to design. Another big red flag is employees can only go lunch at 1.30 to 2 pm, and to go, you'll need to be formally "dismissed" for lunch. Also, mistakes are NOT TOLERATED here. If boss hears you say "I don't know" she will be furious and you can expect a call from her saying you're not putting in enough effort. This is in relation to new employees who may have no background in the job/industry. For people who want to join this company, make sure to question and read the job description, and clarify your role.
