Overnight Picker - Not Bad

Pros

- Supervisors and people are friendly - work is straightforward - lots of opportunities for overtime - weekly paycheck - HR does a good job with planning fun activities and food events

Cons

- working overnight is really taxing for your health. - short 30min breaks - sore feet is a common issue discussed with the associates I worked with - work culture is kind of too relaxed. Lots of associates end up hiding from work or doing it poorly.

Meeting new people. Great benefits especially if you want to continue your education. Getting to cross train in different areas of the warehouse.

Cons

Long hours depending on the season. Mandatory overtime when they need to call for it. You do not really have time to hang out with friends or family. It will be a lot on the body if you are not use to the work.
