Fast paced, can be very exciting, good autonomy, not structured, well paid (shares particularly), interesting tech, smart and nice people, excellent hiring process as candidate or a hiring manager/interviewer.
Cons
Lots of politics and empire building from L7 up - most common from L8 up. Expectations are very high. Can be stressful.
