Pros

-Good Benefits -Co-workers are friendly -3 weeks vacation to start

Cons

-No advancement -Setting is more like a "call center" not a health facility -Management constantly adds more to workload but pay remains the same -Management plays "favorites" so different rules for different people -Pay is inconsistent with other similar type facilities and they DO NOT follow UHN protocol. -Don't waste your time working here you will never advance.

Thank you for your feedback. In follow-up to direct employee feedback, we have recently worked with the UHN Total Rewards team, employees and Site Mangers to create clear job descriptions that accurately reflect the work being done. This initiative will help to provide additional role clarity and will help to reduce any duplication of work. -Altum Health HR Team

Pros

Wonderful and hard working co-workers.

Cons

No opportunity for growth for non-clinical staff in the company. Very low liveable wage. This is a trend with both the starting wage and capped wage. The workload of the CSR and CRM teams is very heavy...... which considering the pay is quite insulting. Very poor and problematic work culture filled with hierarchy. Putting CSR's at the bottom while expecting them to hold everything on their shoulders. The pandemic has really made this clear. Most CSR roles can efficiently be completed as WFH. This was the case for months during the covid-19 closures. Management will not approve permanent WFH.
