Pros
Reasonable work life balance, general freedom to explore, propose and work on innovative projects. No shortage of smart people doing (and wanting to do) good quality work. Some workplace politics is inevitable but is far from the main theme
Cons
Poor interdepartmental communication, often resulting in duplicate work. Unstable senior management in recent times resulting in lack of a strong drive in one single direction. Compensation is average given it's f1 job
