Pros

The one pro of this company is that they're easy to work for. they buy in loads of their produce ready made, so you don't have to put much effort in with the cooking

Cons

this company has a very high turn over of staff, and for good reason. if you're 18 and its your first season, you want to party and not bother too much with work this is the job for you. If you care about your guests and want to be valued as a staff member - steer clear. they'll say anything to get you in to take the job, but won't follow through and you'll be left feeling disappointed and stupid. Biggest bit of advice, don't invest your time with alpine elements - choose a better company that values their staff.

Pros

Some nice locations to work

Cons

Long hours, terrible pay and conditions. Staff treated as disposable instead of the assets they are. This goes from bottom to top, senior managers! MD awful, doesn’t have a clue! Won’t pay bonus’ despite targets being met. Wants everything done on the cheap, moans that it looks cheap! Tells managers how to do something, then tells you it’s done wrong. Expects all staff to be available 24/7 even on leave. Talks about staff and managers behind their back in a very negative way (slags you off behind your back to other staff to make himself look good) The list is truly endless! Steer clear from this toxic environment!

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for

Cons

Staff are seen as disposable and to be worked to breaking point and then replaced rather than the most valuable part of the company. Minimal incentive to stay. No support to progress with carer in qualifications.
