      1. Flexible working hours. 2. Transparency within the company 3. Place where you will get opportunities to experiment on various things which will help you grow faster. 4. No Bossy culture, you don't need to report anyone. You will work with smart, hardworking people and closely with co-founders of the company and which will help you to grow in various domains.

      Cons

      If you do not have a product mindset and just a service mindset, then this is not the right place for you, as you will have to own what you are working on.
