Pros

Alley is made up of smart, driven, and caring people. It makes for a collaborative and supportive environment where I can be my true self at work and grow professionally without fear of judgement. Im given autonomy and compassion every day. My work is valued. The people rock.

Cons

I wish I got to see the people I work with more frequently

Pros

Talented, kind, and humorous co-workers.

Cons

Severe lack of leadership ruins any potential this company might have. As an employee you'll either receive no direction or micromanagement depending which team/partner(s) you end up working with. Lots of favoritism. Watched several coworkers get forced out for unclear reasons. Work-life balance will be impossible if you can't establish boundaries on your own. I think I had a generally mild experience at Alley compared to many others, but still ended up burning out by the time I left.
