- There is no job security. - This company can kick you out anytime on their wish without even listening to your part. - The management is utterly poor. - The higher management sits in USA and does not care to listen to its employees. - They force their employees to work even after office hours. - They do not take care of their employees. - Make false promises. - They do not have any working organization and put blames on employees if things do not work. - No matter how many times you have asked and cleared your queries before you join here, but they will do just opposite of what you have asked them before your joining. - Unprofessionalism is filled in abundance. - There is Amit Gupta, Susheel, Heather, who are the part of top management. T for them you are nothing more than robot who work 9 hours in company and you can work even after going back to your home in the late night hours. - Shame on them.
