      Honestly, nothing. SOME of the staff

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, that is poorly managed. Pay is also quite low, especially for the amount of work you are expected to do. Those that work hard are not recognised at all

      If they like you, and you're in the right click, you can get most anything you want.

      Cons

      Horribly toxic. Management don't know how to manage, and only care for themselves. No HR, no sense of fairness or care for employees. Have watched employees cry at work after being bullied by middle management, and watched nobody do anything about it.
