Unreliable, low pay, mistrust, lack of straightforwardness, false promises. Senior Management only cares about squeezing every penny out of their employees until they quit or rise up, in which case you will be fired. They claim to have implemented a meritocratic system but it only applies if you give up your belief system. They actually believe Alien is a corporation that is booming and candidates are queueing up to join them, when it's just another sinking ship. It's just a nightmare dressed as the american dream. Annual leave days are fixed and the bonus structure is ran by an algorithm that changes every 2 months.

Management is trying the corporate approach which is not working at all. They don't care about the employee, at first it seems like everything is great but when you stay there for a bit all the fairytale crumbles down. Lack of experience in the Management side, most of them started their working career in the company thus they have no clue how to deal with the employees and how everything should work. No social benefits, motivation comes in bonuses who arent that bid, salary is a lover than an average salesperson.
