Respect is an important part of our culture and one of our core values. While everyone should feel comfortable expressing their feelings, it’s important for our employees to be treated fairly, feel valued, and appreciated. Communication and listening skills are opportunities for development and we have dedicated training each year for our Managers and Supervisors. We’ve also brought Conscious Leadership training to Alene to help reduce drama, promote candor and eliminate gossip in the workplace. Every interaction allows us an opportunity to learn and grow.
