Pros

candle fragrance smells good for the most part.

Cons

the culture of that place is horrible. In three years: a) multiple plant managers replaced b) multiple managers and directors either replaced or walk out c) coo "retired" (everyone knows he for micromanaged and worked out). d) not a single project has gone according to plan. e) leadership berates you all the time. f) they promote due to facoritism g) no concern for quality, wax room supervisor constantly asked to put less frahrance then what the recipe calls to save money h) they only let us take home defective candles i) notesting for rec, ppl consume siding breaks, so they reek of the plant and creats unsafe conditiobs for all.wax room supervisor doesn't care. h) grossly understaffed. they can't seem to keep mechanics or managers. i) safety is a joke. a person got hurt and there safety guy gave the person a visa gift card in lieu of reporting.

Pros

Great leadership that truly values its employees. Competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and a collaborative culture where everyone's ideas are welcomed. The company invests in its people, encourages professional growth, and maintains a positive work environment with excellent teamwork. It's rewarding to work alongside talented colleagues who are passionate about creating high-quality products. One of the best places I've worked.

Cons

At times, the workload can feel uneven depending on the season and production demand, so some weeks are slower while others can be very busy and require staying flexible during peak periods. There are also times when schedules or priorities change on short notice, which can make it harder to plan ahead. That said, it is understandable for a seasonal product-based company that responds quickly to customer demands.

Pros

I liked some of my former coworkers. I learned what is to work for a horrible company. They are building a lot in NA, you can easily avoid this place.

Cons

Operations have no clue what they are doing and they blame us. Leads let people take defective candles and wax back home when this was allegedly forbidden, which shows favoritism. No TH C testing, you can smell the burned grass smell in addition to the candle because how much ppl partake during business hours. Inconsisrent discipline. One personn gets their hand slapped for something while another gets fired. New Hampshire is a mess and we have to pick up the slack for them. They spend millions of dollars on machines that never worked to then get rid of them, yet they can't seem to give better bonuses or benefits. Safety is an absolute joke. If you get hurt, go straight to HR, unless you want to just receive an are you ok and a gift card. They speak a lot about the Alene way. If the Alene way is making most people regret working for them, chaos, ineffective leadership, and a dead end in your career, seek no further. Turnover for that company looks like a concert turnstyle, they are always firing, laying off, or losing people because of how crazy it is. You will hate EVERY single minute of it.
